Use of PrimalDex

PrimalDex is a Discord bot game. By using it, you agree to use commands, dashboard features, trading, marketplace tools, and community systems fairly and within Discord's rules.

Accounts and Servers

Game progress is linked to Discord user IDs and server IDs. Server owners and authorized admins are responsible for how PrimalDex is used in their communities.

Premium Features

VIP, Premium Server, and Premium Server Plus features may be provided through Discord subscriptions or manual developer grants. Paid features can expire, renew, or be revoked if a payment fails, a subscription ends, or abuse is detected.

Fair Play

Exploiting bugs, abusing trades, automating commands, evading bans, or attempting to damage the service may lead to removal of access, reset of affected progress, or server bans.

Availability

PrimalDex is provided as-is. Features, balance, prices, rates, rewards, and content may change as the game evolves.

Data We Store

PrimalDex stores Discord user IDs, server IDs, usernames, server names, game progress, inventory, dinos, trades, marketplace listings, bans, premium status, dashboard audit logs, and related timestamps.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to run the game, save progress, provide premium benefits, moderate abuse, operate server tools, show analytics, and support dashboard administration.

Premium and Billing

When premium features are connected to Discord subscriptions, PrimalDex stores entitlement identifiers, product keys, active status, and expiry timestamps. Payment details are handled by Discord, not PrimalDex.

Data Sharing

PrimalDex does not sell personal data. Some information may be visible to players in the same server through leaderboards, trades, profiles, trophy halls, marketplace listings, and admin tools.

Retention and Removal

Game data may be retained while the bot is active in a server. A server owner or developer may remove data when required for moderation, support, shutdown, or a valid deletion request.

Security

The dashboard uses authenticated admin access. No online service is perfectly secure, so access should be limited to trusted developers and operators.
